•    Grapeview Community Association 2nd Annual Barbeque and Anniversary Celebration
      Please reserve July 10th at 6:00pm for you and your family to be treated to our second annual Barbeque at the Horton Community Center. GCA will          provide the place settings, hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, watermelon, ice cream cups, lemonade and coffee. You will provide yourselves with any other beverages you might enjoy.

• Commissioner Linda Ring Erickson Community Outreach
  These meetings are held at Grapeview's Horton Community Hall. Commissioner Ring Erickson invites the public to attend these informal meetings to exchange ideas and concerns so that she may better serve her constituents. If there are any questions, please contact the Commissioner's office at 427-6970 ext. 419.  
  
  This is a great forum for interaction with our elected representative, I urge you to attend.

   

• Grapeview  Community Association Socials
  Please Join us at the Grapeview Community Association Socials and membership meetings. The social Dinners are held in the Community Center on the second Friday of every other month starting in January. Social hour starts at 6:00pm and Dinner at 6:30pm. The membership meeting follows dinner. Its a great time to get together and socialize with your neighbors. Remember to bring your own place setting, your beverage of choice, and a dish to share if the social is a potlock. See you there.

• Mexican Fiesta Dinner
  On Friday May 8th the Grapeview Community Association is sponsoring a Mexican Fiesta Social/Dinner. The Event will begin at 6:00pm with dinner served at 6:30pm. Mexican dishes will be provided by the Association. Coffee and tea will also be provided. Please bring your own table wear and favorite beverage. The cost is only $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for kids. This is a great opportunity to socialize with your neighbors.

•  Community Recycling
  The Neighbor to Neighbor Network is a network of volunteers whose purpose is to support our national agenda by active volunteerism in the local community. One of our projects is to help our neighbors bridge the gap until curbside recycling takes effect throughout the County. The Neighbor to Neighbor Network has established eight recycling sites throughout the County, these sites will be staffed with volunteers on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00am to Noon. Neighbors are encouraged to bring all their recycleables, including electronics and household batteries, to any one of the sites. The two closest sites to Grapeview are the parking lot behind the old Grapeview store (where the recycle bins used to be) and the Theler Center in Belfair.

• Grapeview FIRE Department BREAKFAST
  
  Every Monday (except holidays) from 9:00 am to 9:30 am, the Grapeview Fire Fighters Association prepares breakfast for the community.  Everyone is welcome. The Fire Fighters Association only asks for a donation to cover the cost of the food. This is a great opportunity to visit with your neighbors and learn all the Grapeview Fire Department is accomplishing.  For information call 275-4483.
