The January GCA event is the annual meeting for installation of 2019 officers and presentation of reports from 2018 officers. And it is also a potluck. At the January 11th annual meeting, following installation of 2019 officers, 2018 officers will deliver reports summarizing GCA activities for 2018, and the 2019 proposed GCA budget. If you would like a review copy of the proposed budget please e-mail your request to treasurer Mike Winckoski at mpwinck@gmail.com or call Mike at 360 275-0430.
Social time starts at 6:00 PM with greetings and announcements at 6:30 shortly followed by dinner. Bring a dish of your choice to share (please provide serving utensils) and label your dish, especially for common allergens of wheat, nuts, soy and dairy. Bring a beverage of choice, your own plates, silverware and glasses. GCA will provide coffee and ice water.
The event setup at Horton Community Center starts at 10:00 AM the morning of the potluck. Please contact the event coordinators. The event coordinator is Linda Fish. Linda can be contacted at (360 277-3520 or mikeandlindafish@gmail.com).
